Bills will be posted on tabroom. com by 11/13.A Bill to Withdraw the United States from the United Nations BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:SECTION 1.The United States of America is to be withdrawn from the United Nations.SECTION 2.Withdraw means sever all political and financial ties the government of the United States of America has with the United Nations Organization.SECTION 3.The mandate will be carried out by the State Department of the United States of America.SECTION 4.This mandate will go into effect on July 4, 2010, giving proper time for U.S. officials to remove themselves from United Nations facilities and for foreign delegations to remove themselves from the United Nations headquarters in New York City, NY.SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void. Introduced by Kevin Sullivan, Delbarton SchoolA Bill to Recognize the Legitimacy of the Honduran Interim Government BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:SECTION 1.The government of the United States of America recognizes the legitimacy of the Republic of Honduras Interim Government and the removal of former Honduran President Manuel Zelaya.SECTION 2.“Recognizes” means that all diplomatic, political, military, and economic actions are carried out with the legitimate government of the Republic of Honduras, currently led by President Robert Micheletti.SECTION 3.The State Department of the United States of America will carry out this mandate.
