Welcome to the November Session of the Great Lakes Congress.

The agenda will be set in chambers.
Presiding Officers will be selected in chambers from those nominated in advance with coach approval.
NOTE: Great Lakes Debate competitors MUST compete in two legislative sessions in order to participate in the supersession in December. Invitations will be shared with the coaches of eligible debaters before the Thanksgiving break, so that they can prepare. Only Senate candidates can submit legislation for the Supersession. The top 20 debaters will advance to the Senate. All other eligible debaters will comprise the House of Representatives.
