Event Description:

Collegiate Advocacy Research and Debate is a format of 2-person policy debate. Speeches are 1AC, 1NC, 2AC, 2NC, 1NR, 1AR, 2NR, 2AR. Constructive speeches are 6 minutes long and rebuttals are 4 minutes long. Each of 4 cross-examination periods are 3 minutes long. Each team has 5 minutes of prep to use between speeches.
