Event Description:
This is for your hot-shot novice debaters. All debaters must be in no more than their FIRST year of policy debate. This division does NOT adhere to the Kansas Novice Packet used at Washburn Rural. This division will debate two rounds Friday, three more preliminary rounds Saturday, and will break into Quarters, Sems and Finals if numbers merit. If numbers are low, then we will just break to semifinals.
