Congressional Debate!

Hopefully we'll have two sessions of prelims, and 6 entries from each chamber will advance to a semifinal round, given we have enough competitors, and then 6 from each semifinals chamber into a final round!

We'll provide ballots and feedback, and the structure will be very similar to a standard round of NSDA!

We'll also include Morning Hours from TOC, because that will come up within the next few months, and we'll try our best to include other aspects from TOC that could help our competitors!
