Event Description:
Contestants deliver from memory a famous or significant public address or an Oratory from a previous year (and written by someone else). This event is limited to 9th and 10th graders.Schools are initially limited to 5 entries; space permitting, we will begin accepting waitlisted entries two weeks before the tournament.
