Event Description:

A selection of important rules:

The student-selected Presiding Officer (a different student each session) will follow tournament-provided, randomly-generated recency for first speeches.

The agenda will be randomly assigned by the PCFL Executive Committee at the start of the tournament. One piece of legislation from each submitting school will be debated before a second piece of legislation from any school is debated.
