Event Description:
Judges should rank the top 15 in each session. The remainder should be given a 16. Students can refer to notes when speaking, but they are judged on their speaking ability so should also be addressing their audience. Fill out your paper ballots to help yourself keep track of all of their speeches and to tell them what they are doing right and where they can improve. At the end of the session, enter your rankings online.
