Event Description:

Teams will debate the 2010-2011 resolution, “Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce its military and/or police presence in one or more of the following: South Korea, Japan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iraq, Turkey.” Each side will receive 8 minutes of prep time per round. Contestants in Policy Debate may not double-enter in any other regular speech or debate event, but they may enter a supplemental event.
