Event Description:

The speaker will draw three topics five minutes prior to speaking time. From these topics, the speaker willchoose one and return the other two. Once the topic has been chosen, the speaker will have five minutes to prepare The speech may not exceed five minutes.Limit 3 entries. Pennsylvania High School Speech League rules apply.
