Event Description:
For purposes of the Milwaukee Debate League the "Novice" division allows: any middle school competitor who wishes to compete with high school students; any student regardless of years of debate experience if, at the coaches discretion, this is the appropriate level; any judge regardless of judges' previous debate (judging) experience.
