Event Description:
Each student will take on the role of a character(s) from a published play, movie script or prose. Judges will be looking for how the student interprets it dramatically in terms of their vocal and facial expressions, and the use of their body language and hand gestures.The student must include a brief written introduction including the title and author of the piece as part of the presentation. Memorization required. (Time limit: 5-7 min. with a 30-second grace period)
