Event Description:

1. Points should be given on a 100 point basis with a minimum of 75 points.2. The speaker with the highest point total should be given the rank of 1 with no two speakers given the same rank. 3. Each speaker draws two topics, and chooses one immediately. They have five minutes to divide as s/he chooses between preparation and speaking.4. There is a 30 second grace period. Students exceeding the grace may not be ranked first. 5. Speakers must be given time signals. 6. Speakers may not use notecards or notes of any kind.
