Event Description:
The oratory must be the original work of the participant and should reflect subjects which are timely and significant to our society. Not more than 10% of the material (150 word maximum) shall be quoted or paraphrased. Oratories paraphrased from previous ortatories or that have been used during the previous school year are ineligible.
