Event Description:
This year we are offering an opportunity to stretch your creative debate muscles and practice your quick thinking. Creative Impromptu rounds will take place after rounds 3, 4, and 5. Any student can participate - congress students can take a personal break to give their impromptu speeches. We do need you to provide judges for this as well. :)
