Event Description:
All rules will be the same to that of the ones provided on the NSDA website. Speaker times will be the usual 4-4-4-4-3-3-2-2 with 3 minute cross examination sessions after the constructive speeches, the rebuttal speeches, and the summary speeches. There will be 3 minutes of preparation time.
