Event Description:

Students will say their affirmative and negative constructive speeches that do not exceed 10 minutes in length with a 30 second grace period. Topics should be april NSDA topics: "Resolved: The United States military ought to abide by the principle of non-intervention." "Resolved: The United States should eliminate the President’s authority to deploy military forces abroad without Congressional approval." "Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly increase its exploration and/or development of the Arctic." "Resolved: Moral systems rooted in theism are preferable to non-theistic moral systems." Speeches should not be memorized. Content and arguments should be weighed over presentation.
