Speech Rules and Guidelines
SECTION 101 of the VHSL Handbook contains the rules by which member schools will compete.
The tournament will be planned for Option C: A two-round speech tournament shall be used at the regional level. Multiple sections of no more than six competitors per event per round shall be used. At least two judges should evaluate each round with no judge judging the same event more than once in a tournament.
