Event Description:
When it is their turn to speak, students will draw three prompts from the envelope, choosing one to keep, and returning the other two to the envelope.
The student will have seven minutes from the time they draw their topic to prepare AND deliver their speech. They may split the seven minutes how they wish between prep and performance.
Grace period is 30 seconds. A speaker who exceeds the grace period cannot be given first place.
