Event Description:
Congress will be changed as follows: To accommodate the shorter rounds, there will be NO extending questions. PQ will be automatic AFTER the 3rd Neg. speech. No division of the house motions, If PQ is called before the 3rd neg AND FAILS, there will be no additional PQ calls. No tabling motions. Let's see... what other motions waste inordinate amounts of time and try to impress other students rather than allow for speeches... hmmm... If I think of any, I'll let you know.
