Event Description:

Public Forum Debate will use the September / October 2015 NFL resolution, "Resolved: The United States Federal Government ought to pay reparations to African Americans."  

Sides and team speaking order will be determined by coin flip, so all teams should be prepared to debate both sides of the resolution.
