Event Description:
1. The purpose of this event is to interpret a child's story book
2. The speaker may be seated or stand and the story is read as if reading to a group of children
3. Speaker should have an introduction (which is included in the time limit)
4. The TIME LIMIT for this event is 5 minutes with a 30 second grace period. The speaker will be stopped at 8 minutes. Speaker is NOT penalized for not finishing the story. Points are determined by performance up to that point. Likewise, speaker is also not penalized for being under 6 minutes
