Event Description:
We will use legislation 16-20 in prelims and 21-25 in outrounds. In numeric order: 16 followed by 17 followed by 18 followed by 19 followed by 20 in prelims, and 21 followed by 22 followed by 23 followed by 24 followed by 25 in out rounds. We will not be using alphabetical order of legislation for this tournament.
