Event Description:
This is a novice event. This means that students entered in this category should not have competed interscholastically in more than 2 tournaments (so no more than 8 rounds, approximately) prior to this school year.
Schools wishing to submit legislation for the bill packet must do so no later than October 24, 2025 at 5 pm. Schools are permitted to submit one piece of legislation per each student entered.
