Event Description:
High School Novice Cross-Examination/Policy Debate is limited to the NDCA Novice Packet for all tournaments in this division. Please check the Tri-State Debate League scheduled rollout of arguments permitted in each division.
Competitors must be in their first year of High School debate to be eligible for this division regardless of class/graduation year. Students with more than one year of High School debate experience are ineligible from competing in this division and must enter JV (if available) or Open.
