Event Description:
We will start with 2 entries in the SHD to make sure all schools that want teams have at least one then expand from there. total cap of 24 teams, 4 pods, 5 prelims aligned with vcx first elim aligned with vcx round 6. If sufficient interest exists we will expand to 32, 8 teams per pod and clear the top team in each pod. Schedule will align with VCX.
Any sophomore (or younger) or student in their second full year of policy debate may enter. 3 tournaments or less in a year is not considered a "full year".
