Event Description:

Extemp Debate is another interesting form of debate. It's ALMOST like a massive SpAr round in that you don't get your topic ahead of time and you really don't have a ton of time to speak.

Time limits:

Proposition Constructive: 2 minutes

Cross Exam of the Proposition: 1 minute

Opposition Constructive: 2 minutes

Cross Exam of the Opposition: 1 minute

Mandatory Prep (must be taken): 1 minute

Proposition Rebuttal 1: 2 minutes

Opposition Rebuttal 1: 2 minutes

Mandatory Prep (must be taken): 1 minute

Proposition Rebuttal 2: 2 minutes

Opposition Rebuttal 2: 2 minutes
