Event Description:

There will be one division of public forum debate on the Fall TOC China Topic. We will use the National Speech & Debate Association time format and rules.

4 Preliminary Rounds, clear to Octofinals.

Public Forum Debate will use the TOC China topic: “Resolved: On balance, adoption of the Ultra-Millionaire Tax Act of 2021 would produce more benefits than harms."
