Event Description:
The tournament generally follows NSDA high school rules for Extemporaneous Speaking, except “PILOTED GUIDELINES for Laptop Use in Extemporaneous Speaking” will be used, and there will be no cross-examination in the final round.
Maximum time limit: 7 minutes with 30 second grace period.
