Event Description:
This event is only open to JV students.
When it is their turn to speak, students will draw three prompts from the envelope, choosing one and returning the other two to the envelope.
The student will have two minutes of preparation time once the topic has been selected, at the end of which, they will give the prompt to the judge and deliver a five minute speech.
Grace period is 30 seconds. A student who speaks for longer than 5 minutes and 30 seconds cannot be ranked first.
