Event Description:
PUBLIC FORUM DEBATE: The topic will be the NSDA Sep/Oct topic. The format will follow the 4-4-3-4-4-3-3-3-3-2-2 time limits. Prep time will be 3 minutes per team. A team more than 10 minutes late to a round through no fault of the tournament will forfeit.
