The following three prepared round topics will be debated at the TCC:

* This House believes that the electric vehicle revolution will succeed.

* This House believes that the benefits of online anonymity outweigh the risk.

* This House would restrict the use of pretrial detention.

We will use 2 of these topics in prelims and one in out-rounds.
