Event Description:

Public Forum Debate will use the September / October 2013 NFL resolution, "Resolved: Unilateral military force by the United States is justified to prevent nuclear proliferation."  

Sides and team speaking order will be determined by coin flip, so all teams should be prepared to debate both sides of the resolution.
