As part of their transition to varsity debate, novice policy debaters are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with and utilize broadly accepted disclosure norms, specifically by disclosing broken affirmative and negative positions on the 2022-23 Policy Debate Wiki, located at http://opencaselist.com . ALL NOVICE POLICY TEAMS WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO POSITIONS AND EVIDENCE CONTAINED IN THE NDCA NOVICE PACKET, which is free to all and contains a variety of rigorously vetted positions for novice policy debaters to read. The packet is available at http://www.debatecoaches.org/ .
