Open to all high school competitors. Eligible for Kansas Debate Classic qualification. Restricted to the NDCA Evidence Packet. Debate will be judged by a community pool consisting intended to consist mainly of parents and traditionally leaning judges.
Follows a 4-round, Saturday only format.
