Event Description:
ALL TECHNICAL THEATRE EVENTS WILL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. When you enter your student, there will be a place to provide a link (it will say link to video - put your file link here). Please make sure the link is viewable by all. We recommend submitting PDF’s.
Costume Design - Create original costume designs for a play or musical. This year, the show choices to design for are “Treasure Island” or the "SISTERS!”. Students must choose only one of the shows. We are providing both scripts for you. Students are to design costumes for at least four characters from the show. Costume designs may be hand drawn or created digitally using a design program. Designs will be judged on creativity, style, concept and depiction of author's intent. Designs submitted from a previous year are NOT allowed. Each design should include a short description and justification of the design stated below the design/character. Script links are below.
