Event Description:

The speaker will be given a choice of three topics in each round and will pick one on which to speak. The time limit for this event, including preparation and presentation, shall not exceed 6 minutes with a 30 second grace period. Time signals must be given. WSFA and GSL rules will apply. Copies of these rules will be forwarded to any school upon request.
