Event Description:
Only competitors with less than 15 rounds of debate experience (either in LD or policy) may enter this division. Mixed teams should enter varsity. LD will use the UIL fall topic for the year 2020-21 and follow all UIL rules with the exception of internet use. Should the varsity or novice division have less than 12 entries, the two divisions will be combined.
