Event Description:

Extemporaneous Speaking: 30 minutes preparation time with a time limit of 7 minutes per speech. Topics areas will be announced on our website. The speech should answer the question directly through analysis and multiple sources. A 3 by 5 note card will be permitted. The final round will include a cross-examination period.
