Round 2 Motion -- Resolved: This House encourages the colonization of planets, moons, and other celestial bodies within our home solar system.
Final Round Motion -- Resolved: This House believes that the freedom of speech should be upheld and respected regardless of the topic.
**All other rounds will be impromptu rounds.
