Event Description:
General Rules SPAR will be assigned sides, with an equal number of Affirmative and Negative for each competitor. One topic will be given to the competitors by the judges, with the preparation time starting with the announcement of the topic. A judge will decide a winner and will assign speaker points. SPAR will be recorded as a debate event.
