Event Description:

Students receive three minutes of dedicated prep time and five minutes of speaking time. Allow students to speak out of order since all are double- or triple-entered.

This event is similar to Impromptu: in-room draw, may use up to 3 minutes of preparation time, maximum 5 minutes of speaking time (using less prep does not give you more speaking time) (conversely, you can't take more prep and speak for less).
