Event Description:

This is an open division for your debaters. Public Forum debaters will be allowed 3 minutes for preparation time. Six preliminary rounds with two presets and four power-matched rounds will be held. All power-matched rounds will be high/low within brackets. This division will break all winning records. The resolution will be the January topic from the National Speech and Debate Association. Each school will be allowed up to 10 entries. We will entertain requests for additional teams as space permits.
