The tournament follows NSDA rules and uses the NSDA topic for this event. The tournament follows new time limits, including 3 minutes per summary speech and 3 minutes prep time per team and “PILOTED GUIDELINES for Laptop Use in Debate Events.”
A novice is someone in their first year of competition OR in middle school regardless of whether they have finaled the event.
