Event Description:
IPDA DEBATE is an impromptu debate where the competitors will draw a selection of five topics and then each strike a topic until only one remains. They will then have 30 minutes to prepare their remarks and debate out the last remaining topic. THIS DIVISION IS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY COMPETED IN THE IPDA DIVISION
