Event Description:
The primary purpose of the event is to demonstrate the student’s ability, with limited preparation time, to compose and deliver a coherent and focused presentation that reflects a comprehensive understanding of international current events.
The speech shall be no longer than 7 minutes. There is no minimum time. No notes are allowed during the presentation of the speech. Novices may use notes.
