The “Novice Case list” division will be limited to the six case areas chosen by Kansas coaches (DACA, Family Visas, High Skilled Immigrants, DREAM Act/Path to Citizenship, Refugees). All questions of topicality regarding fringe cases will be arbitrated by Hagaman.
