Event Description:

Extemporaneous Speaking is defined as an individual event where an original synthesis of the speaker is presented with current fact and opinion on a designated current event topic, usually presented in conjunction with numerous sources. This is a limited prep event, 30 minutes preparation for a 7 minute speech.
