LOGISTICS INFORMATION
Registration will begin at 7:30 each day in the lobby by the main entrance of the University Center (UC). If you get there after I have moved, you'll find me in the tab room. Please note that the tab room is in Dr. Tidwell's office (in Stewart Hall) on Thursday and Room 324 (Stewart Hall) on Friday and Saturday.
An important note on hospitality: the University will not allow us to prepare food onsite. Therefore, we are having to cater hospitality. We are asking you to please not overload your plates when you visit the hospitality room. We want you to get enough to eat, but also to please leave food for others. And especially please do not take food to your students.

The rooms we are using are literally all over campus. Bring good walking shoes, and advise your students to do the same.
Parking is limited. Please check your email for a parking permit, which will need to be displayed on your car the entire time you are on campus. Buses will need to drop students off and then park in the Ornelas Activity Center, building #38 on the campus map, located at 3402 Old Omen Road.
Multiple events are going on while we are on the UTT Campus. Please remind your students that they are on a college campus, and ask them to stay in the areas designated for us.
The University has requested that we return all rooms to the setup they were in before we were there. There's no way for the committee to go around to every room and check them, so we're asking everyone (coaches, judges, competitors) to make sure the room is reset AFTER EVERY ROUND.
