November 1st – New entries due

November 1st – Judge entries due

November 2nd – Deadline for Congress legislation

November 3rd – All fees and obligations frozen

November 6th – Online drops and name changes allowed until this cutoff – after all changes sent to Impulse411@hotmail.com
